< Technical Features

<Hydraulic station and hydraulic system
1. The integrated hydraulic station is used to provide the power source, which consists of an engine, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic oil tank, a diesel tank, a hydraulic oil radiator, a filtration system, hydraulic pipes, and an operation panel etc.
2. The hydraulic station and the main engine are connected with imported brand quick connectors, which have zero leakage and low insertion and extraction force, ensuring high reliability while providing power. They are also convenient to plug in and out, making it easy to transport for site changes.
3. It adopts the Cummins national III emission diesel engine, which has strong power and low fuel consumption. The ECU bus control can adjust the engine working state in real time according to the actual working conditions and can be displayed conveniently.
4. It adopts an open-type transmission hydraulic system, driven by a world-renowned brand vane pump and a double cycloid hydraulic motor. The control aspect uses a hydraulic pilot handle in combination with a proportional multi-way valve.
5. The hydraulic system has preheating and cooling functions, which are suitable for high-cold and humid areas and can improve work efficiency. The use of valve components enables the system to have temperature compensation functions and fast system response speed.
